Customer Update: Mutual Aid, Mutual Thanks
Partial Cancellation of Boil Water Order
As of Febuary 3, 2018, a few isolated areas of the District remain under a Boil Water Notice. Favorable test results must be received before the Boil Water Notice can be lifted, and the District anticipates this may happen as early as February 5th for most of the areas still impacted.

Mutual Aid, Mutual Tales, Many Thanks
“The natural disaster that occurred was of such magnitude and complexity that it has been difficult for many to comprehend, and it has required truly heroic efforts and coordination to make repairs," says General Manager, Nick Turner. "The network of assistance is inspiring, and the teams that have worked together will share strong ties from this unforgettable experience. We are deeply grateful, and look forward to sharing many stories of achievement in days to come."
Not only have the mutual aid agencies come to our assistance, now they are helping to tell the story! This team from San Luis Obispo came with immediacy, skills, and dedication:

We extend our appreciation to the many mutual aid agencies assisting us in the restoration of the system, and all whose positive attitudes and generous provisions of food sustain us as we work in service of our customers and the community.
