January Billing Update
For all customers: Fixed meter charges were waived for the month of January. The Board of Directors approved this credit for water service interruptions caused by the January 9th debris flow.
As previously communicated , the processing of customer bills for January was postponed until the end of February. January meter reads were all completed and invoices were sent during the final week of February. The due date for these bills is March 29, 2018. Autodraft payments are anticipated to occur on March 20th. Any changes to that date will be communicated at least a week ahead of time. Please note that no late charges were applied to balances that were outstanding during the month of January.
