REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to replace pipeline and related infrastructure in the District’s service area which was damaged during the January 9th, 2018 debris flow.
This Request For Proposals (RFP) outlines the requirements and submittal instructions.
