In Person:Â Did we mention how much we like seeing you? We accept cash, check or credit card payments at the office located at 583 San Ysidro Road, Montecito, CA 93108-2414. Regular business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 and 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. After hours we accept payments through the mail slot in the door;Â these will be processed on the next business day.
